During the pre- and early pandemic years, website traffic volume and leads were plateauing due to competition and macro market factors. This led to subsequent slowed growth in dealer orders and sales, as well as an increase in sales gestation from existing leads and past customers. Nautique needed a digital solution to effectively focus on quality, rather than fight the negative market factors at play.
THE SOLUTION
Significantly elevate the interactive experience, 3D modelling, and graphics engine of the Design Your Nautique website configurator to overcompensate for reduced web volume by enhancing the engagement of Nautique’s award-winning build-it feature. This led to an improvement in traffic quality, time-on-site, and increases in configurator completions and lead-generation.
THE
RESULTS
With the improved digital experience of the Nautique website and heightened engagement of the Design Your Nautique configurator, for the latter duration of the pandemic Nautique saw increases of 12% in website time-on-site metrics and was able to capture a lift of 58% in build-it configurator Leads. To date, Design Your Nautique leads remain the highest converter to sales for global dealers across all Lead generation media sources.
